We ship to virtually every country in the world. This includes all of Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and beyond.

Shipping is completely free on every order, regardless of size or destination. There is no minimum order requirement and no hidden fees — what you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.
Our teas are made with certified organic ingredients sourced directly from local Thai farmers and cooperatives. We work only with farms that grow herbs without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers.
While our products are not currently certified organic under an international certification scheme (such as USDA Organic or EU Organic), we work exclusively with farms that grow herbs the traditional way — without chemicals. We are exploring formal organic certification and will update our customers when this is achieved.
The majority of our herbal teas are naturally caffeine-free, including Thai Herbal Tea, Lemongrass Tea, Pandan Tea, Ginger Tea, Bael Fruit Tea, and Herbal Mint Tea.
Jasmine Green Tea and Matcha Tea contain natural caffeine (as they are made from Camellia sinensis tea leaves). Sacha Inchi Tea is also caffeine-free. Each product page confirms the caffeine status.
Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at support@thaiherbaltea.store within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a full refund.
